Individual client services – one client at a time:


American couples are given individual consultation and assistance in successfully adopting from Ukraine – from start to finish.  We select our clients based on their sincerity and dedication to successfully completing their family dream.  We will not accept clients who do not meet this criteria.  We only work with one couple at a time, so the American families can be assured of personal, direct, and comprehensive service.

Our services include:

• Consultation on the American Home Study.
• Translation and Notarization of all needed documents.
• Facilitation of the process of working with the relevant Ukrainian legal entities.
• Legal representation and language interpretation.
• Registration of the Petition of Adoption with the relevant Ukrainian legal entities.
• In-country travel and arrangements.
• Consultation on the processing of documents for submission to the American Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, in order to receive an immigration visa for your new family member or members.
• Facilitation and consultation regarding working with the Ukrainian Orphanage system.
